In this 2 hour class, all materials will be provided for you to make your own smudge sticks. You will learn the ancient tradition of smudge cleansing and how to release yourself and your space of any negative energy.
We will discuss the properties of each botanical and crystal and how to create your own wand significant to you. We will close our ceremony with a guided meditation and sound bath, sending you out into the world calm and refreshed.
Burn your creations with intention and love or hang them on a wall to add some zen to your sacred space.
